Apologies if this is known,

When trying to click planets or ships etc from main map screen, if there are any leaders available for hire, they bleed through and you click them instead. You have to drag the map to the bottom portion of the screen to click anything without getting the leaders showing for hire.  If you click and drag on main map screen, the leader's card appears and you can drag it to edge out of way until the next turn when it disappears

I had this issue pre-supernova and still happening.  Have messed with some graphics settings but nothing seems to change it.

Makes the game annoying to play but not impossible.
