I swear, when I run the game under latin name user Alien GPT functions and Mods button works fine, but when I run the game in the same desktop with the same Steam but under cyrillic name user, those functions became unaviable. I use Windows 10 and local (not Microsoft ID) PC users.
I remember similar problems with Forza Horizon 4 in Steam at launch.
I confirm this. AlienGPT and Workshop are not working if the user's folder contains cyrillic characters. If you run the game with administrator rights, then everything works, but the game also creates a user folder with buggy characters in the name with this structure: C:\Users\{BUGGYNAME}\AppData\Local\Stardock\Tachyon\
There may be some problem with the Unicode encoding in the source code of the Tachyon system when it tries to read/write data to the user's folder with non-latin characters in the name. Because "Олег" is "Олег" in UTF-8
