long story short, got Galciv4, tried to enter custom race creator, got this. at first i thought bug and than i checked and saw screen resolution minimum (my computer at the highest was 1366 by 768) and got told to try borderless. did that did not work. tried using the advanced launch commands from steam, did not work. tried third party hook after turning on the option, did not work. so i went to the next best thing.

did not work. an that is where this screen shot came from. so i decided to finally report this as a bug.

the top buttons are cut off but still useable-ish, the save, upload, and back buttons and others were un-useable.

Resolved:  the only thing i did differently this time is leave my monitor at default settings for handling more than one screen (duplicate) it’s displaying correctly now.

no idea why that would affect anything at all though
