I'm not sure if I'm just having bad luck on my recent games, but culture points seem to be incredibly scarce now in version .90
Anybody else noticing this, or am I just getting bad luck with the RNG monster?
Game 1, T157, 5 culture points
Game 2, T126, 6 culture points
Game 1 T53 2 culture points.
