Received the event, "Theia (ship name) was destroyed."  Boo, that sucked, but why was it destroyed?  Was it attacked, did the ship stumble upon a hostile race or pirates, was there a negative event, or did it just get hit by a random asteroid?

Clicking the event sends you to the location, but there is no debris or details of what happened.  

Maybe this is intentional because I'm not far enough into the game to have the knowledge of what could have happened, but I have no way of knowing that.

Also, there is no indication of which ship "Theia" is.  Of course I love them like my own children, but sometimes I still get the names confused.  The only way I could figure out which ship it was required opening the ship list and seeing I had only 1 probe where I used to have 2.  Easy enough to figure out early game, but later with maybe hundreds of ships this will be pretty much impossible to figure out.
