When starting a new game, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to know how many sectors I am getting with the "Number of Sectors" slider. The first setting says "Singular", ok great I can figure that out. The next setting up says "Binary", ok so that means two I imagine. The next setting up says "A Few", so is that three? Next setting up on the slider says "Several", ok now I have no clue, maybe four or five or what? And the highest position on the Number of Sectors slider says "Galactic", which I have no clue how many sectors that is supposed to be.
I want to have like one or two civs in each sector, but I have no idea how to make that happen with such vague information in the galaxy setup screen. It is irritating when I start a game with the Civilization Proximity slider set to max (Far), a sector size of Large, and then run into two other civs just two or three stars away from my home star system. I really HATE starting the game running into multiple other civs that I have to compete against for resources before I'm even 20 turns into the game.
More info for the galaxy setup screen please.
Happy Friday !
