Hi,
the new win11 start menù it look like a 30 year old menu, I was very happy using the win10 start menù.
Is true that Microsoft is not so clever, win 7 start was good, win 8 was a disaster, win 10 was good and obviously win 11 start is a disaster.
Microsoft never learn from the past, and very often is too fast in some decisions.
So what I am looking for in Start11 from Stardock that it miss?
I am looking for the possibility to group the software icons as was possible in win 10, because I have dozen of software installed, about 4 big different field, as photography, data analisys, network utilities and office.
For grouping icons I intend to provide an Icon that contain other icons, when you press this icon all the included software are showed in the menu.
With grouping icon I was able to have a clean start menù and at the necessity one argument was "exploded" showing 10-14 icons each.
This with Start11 in no possible, is only possible to show the icon as w10, nothing else.
Without this behaviour it is not worth spending money on this software, at least for me.
