Offworld Trading Company doesn't start on my PC. I tried to reinstall and verify it multiple times, i installed it on my SSD and HDD

and i renewed my graphics driver. I restarted my PC multiple times and it still doesn't work. 

If i try to start it from the Epic Games Launcher then my output log is the following:

I get a short "loading mouse" and i see the icon of the game but then it stops loading, i never get to any screens and it just opens the epic games launcher again.

If i try to find and execute the .exe (even as admin), the game will "start" but i only get a blackscreen. I got the following output log:

I had to delete most of the errors in this one because of pastebins upload restriction but it was all similar stuff.

Windows 10, 64 bit

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz
