Hello all, I've been modding using elements of the Sins of the Prophets mod for SOASE for over 3 years now and had a really convenient tool for converting BIN and TXT files back and forth. I lost all my data (including saves, Forge custom maps, and of course the conversion tool I was using) and now cant seem to find that particular tool. I've seen the two most popular conversion tools pop up repeatedly in my searches but they don't seem to contain what I'm looking for, unless I've completely overlooked it. All this had was two executables that I placed in a folder along with whatever files I was looking to convert. One click and and a command line automatically popped up and converted all files in the folder to TXT and clicking the other executable automatically converted the files back to BIN. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
