I bought GalCiv Crusaders but when I launch the game it still says Mercenaries and ver 2.33

Any ideas?

Edit 1: I have tried various combinations of DLC. I unchecked Mercenaries but it still puts me on Mercenaries ver 2.33

EDIT 2: I set the beta to classic2.33 and then back to none, it downloaded a big update 1.62 GB but its STILL on ver 2.33 what the hell?

EDIT 3: I've also reinstalled the whole game, still version 2.33

Edit 4: I installed the game on a separate computer and it works fine. So it must be something on this computer.
