Flavor Text and Ship errors with Retribution 3.7

Dear Peoples,

I bought Retribution recently and upgraded my version to 3.7.

Since then I have noticed a couple of errors, I am hoping you could fix.

I have created Flavor Text for my player species and have noticed that other species have started to use the same Flavor Text. Is there a way other than editing the Flavor Text for all my other species to stop them using text that is bespoke to my player species? If not (because they are personality fixed) where can I get my hands on the Flavor text for the base and DLC species so that I can use them as a template instead of thinking of 18 (in my case, the number of species I have created) different responses to the different scenarios in the Flavor Text editor. I have also noticed I cannot save new models of Supply Ship or Stellar Architect to any species. All species take the last Supply Ship and last Stellar Architect that I saved. Can this bug be fixed so that I can give each species their own Supply Ship and Stellar Architect?

In the installation folder (....steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\CustomDataTemplates) you will find templates for all the flavor text available to edit, these files contain alot more, and I mean ALOT, than is available with the ingame editor. You also need one file of each(think theres 4) for each race.
