My treasury is being deducted the 1500 credits which isn't available for an AI decision to rush buy a Xeno Research Laboratory on Kellexio VII of which I am taking possession due to overwhelming influence. This is also using up my Rush Buy for turn 59.

The planet in question is directly east of the black hole that is just northeast of Minzar, my home planet, on which the game loads centered.

v3.10 All Expansions and DLC except for Mech Parts Kit installed.

Gauntlet's Race Mod is the only mod in effect for this game.
