I've noticed an issue during the "Better Living Through Chemistry" tutorial mission. After you found an HQ the "Found a scientific HQ next to iron" entry will remain among the tutorial goals unfulfilled. It doesn't seem to matter as fulfilling the other goals makes you progress through the tutorial but it's rather odd to have that unfulfilled goal still appearing in the list. This is on version 1.19.19365, vanilla installation with no DLCs.
