Don't normally mod and want to make a simple change to Durantium Cost of "Manufacture Population" (Crusade)

The newest patch raised the value of manufacture pop to ten.  This is far too high IMHO.  In what .xml file would I find this value and how do I change it?

Step one: Go here and learn set up the mod directory (sounds unnecessarily complicated, but if you don't, your modded changes disappear with the next patch).

Step two: Copy ImprovementDefs.xml from <GalCiv3>/DLC/EXP2_Crusade/Game into your new mod-directory, open it and search: 'ManufactureLife' and change the durantium value there.

Thank you (I actually figured it out last night) I suspect they will change this in the next patch anyway.  They overnerfed synthetic's with this (sure they can become WAY more powerful in the late game but by midgame generally the game is already won).  I think 5 would be an appropriate value.
