Welcome to the replay section
One of the big features in 2.2 is the ability to post replays. We are adding this section to the forums to allow players to share replays for whatever reason, whether it's asking for advice on how to improve or showing off an epic game in the hopes of getting shoutcasted. Providing replays will be very valuable when reporting bugs, but please leave that for the bugs section of the forums.
Before you post a replay please flick through it on x8 just to make sure the replay works properly. Replays are a new feature in 2.2 so there might still be some crashes but hopefully we have ironed them all out. (Please post crashing replays in the bug forum)
How to post replays
Make a new thread for each replay you post, unless you are including several similar replays together for a reason.
Navigate to Documents\my games\Ashes of the Singularity - Escalation\Replays and find the replay you want to post. Rename the replay so it's easier to find and so it doesn't overwrite anything in another users replay folder.
These forums currently don't support file uploads directly, so in order to post a replay you have to upload it to a file hosting website and then provide the link here. There are quite a few file hosting websites and it doesn't matter which one you use, I'd personally recommend Dropbox because it doesn't have obnoxious ads and dodgy links like some of the other free sites do. Please use the insert link tool on the forums instead of just pasting the raw link as it looks much cleaner
Information to provide
When you post a replay, please include the names of the players and what faction they are playing, (not so important in large team games, the game mode (1v1, 3v3), an approximation of the skill level. (low, mid high level) and the intention with the replay. (Advice, casting, balance showcase etc)

Other ways to get replays
Replays can also be downloaded through the Metaverse (link at the very top of this site) or via the in-game leaderboards.
So that's it, get posting! I personally plan on getting lots of shoutcasts up for Ashes on my channel and there's a few other community members who I'm sure would like to as well, so on behalf of us please share all your best replays!
