When you respond so often (without a reply from us), that is 'activity'. It's why your auto reply states to only update a ticket when you have vital information to add.
As for your case, the video drivers for you Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 are from 2012. The auto responder, that you should have received (please let me know if you did not), would have given options to check them and where to update. Here is where you should go:

Why it would have worked prior, but not now, is likely a case of the game using something new that did not expose your dated drivers.
