Is there something that affects the frequency of precursor bonuses when settling new worlds?
This game must have just been incredibly unlucky. I colonized about 15 planets and got 2 precursor bonuses.
That explains it! In my current game I am getting much more precursor colonization events than usual and was concerned. I must be getting yours!
Answering original post is that on insane there is a max of 16 precursor worlds out of 600. There was a bug earlier where non precursor worlds were getting precursor colonization events. Maybe this just got fixed. If you want you could mod for a higher number.
Not precursor worlds.
I mean the precursor settlement bonuses you get from normal worlds. Like the promethion cleanser and such.
Go to steam and make sure all your dlcs are downloaded it came in a dlc. If they aren't download in properties in the game. Double check even if you don't think this is the problem.
If it relies on random chance, then it is not 'impossible' that you will NEVER get any ever again
