It would be nice to add hot to build Mining Base when you have an asteroid selected.
"B" would be the logical choice.
While were at it a key-stroke to bring up the "Command" menu and all the rest of the options as well please. Since some of them already have key strokes I assume you have the code already in there for menu to have keystrokes, so it should be minor to add the other menu options with keystrokes.
