I just got a "Stuck on Wait", waited 15 mins. It is only turn 7, player 8 of 9 got hung up. She had just bought the Mercenary "The Fencer" but had no starbases up yet to take advantage of said Mercenary. Seems she will not or can not move said ship, it still has 7/7 moves. Here is a screen shot, I will attach a save later on if it happens again afafter a save reload, not doing it atm, have to catch some Zzz before my Night Shift:-

I've been getting this fairly frequently recently. It only occurs in combats with fighters. The combat won't end, but you can hit enter to go on with the turn. Once you hit 'turn' at the end of your turn, the game will get stuck on wait. All menu options are available (unlike the partials available in turn processing). It's not a constant bug, reloading the autosave works most of the time. The more fighters involved, the higher the chance of the bug hitting. Hivebase One tends to be fairly safe. A Huge super carrier will be a 1/3 chance for hanging.
