When changing the allocation settings in window “Govern planet” the number of turns required for construction of new buildings are changes simultaneously in real time. While the remaining turns for complete the current buildings in production queue changes only after closing window “Govern planet”.
It is very inconvenient, please, do updating queue in realtime!
