Unable to trade some strategic resources to some factions

In my current game (started with 1.8, opt-in-hotfixis activ according to steam) I'm sometimes unable to trade certain strategic resources to some factions.

Let's say I'm trading with the Terrans, i can select and trade alle resources I have - durantium, thulium, antimatter, elerium and promethium. In the same turn I trade with another faction, for example the irdium, and I can only select durantium and thulium, the other resources just don't show up, and yes, I still have enough of them available.

So far I can't see any logic or pattern behind that behaviour. I don't think it has something to do with the relations, because it happens with factions that totally like my and the resources are not greyed out, they are missing at all.

Anyone knows what is going on?

I've seen it as well & not sure what causes it but have seen some bits to it. pretty sure it has something to do with trading that resource to that faction (alongside a tech?) within the last 50 turns. I have not been able to confirm that yet though because I only made the connection/theory last night & I was going to bed

I am virtualy certain it has to do with trading a resource to a faction within 50 turns. If you trade, say, Durantium, to a faction you can't trade it again until that first deal is up.

I am also almost as certain that this is an exploit nerf so folks with tons of resources don't drain other factions of stuff every 8 turns.

Thanks for the feedback and I think you are both right. I checked in my game and the untradeable resources are those with an active deal with that faction.

It has to be a nerf, because that is new. However, it would be good if the resource would be greyed out with an informative tooltip instead of missing without comment ... but now I know.
