I am bringing this up again after having asked for it in the beta of GC1, GC2, and the alpha and beta of GC3.
Because of common usage across the entire scope of Windows applications, when I click on the shaded area of a scroll bar of an item list that contains more items than is in the display, I expect the list to move the first undisplayed item and all of the succeeding items that will fit into the displayed portion of the list onto the list. This is practically an industry standard that has been supported since before Windows 95 (i.e., OS2), although many games seem to be unable to do so.
Please change this to follow the industry standard. "Page up" and "Page down" (which is essentially what this action is) means page through a display's amount of data at a time.

This is still a problem on Crusades. It is very difficult to move the list up or down with the scroll bar arrow keys. A page at a time method is greatly needed.
