I looked but ... well title says it
ColonizeEventDefs.XML; DLC4_ColonizeEventDefs.XML should be the one for the Precursor worlds, and is off in the DLC/DLC4_PrecursorWorlds/Game directory rather than in the main /Game directory.
In ColonizeEventDefs, located in Steam/steamapps/common/Galactic%20Civilizations%20III/data/Game/
