I'm enjoying my first game of Mercenaries, and I have perhaps gone overboard on hiring them.  Anyway, I've hired the following mercenary ships:

- The Sable

- RG-278

- The Erragis

- Hivebase One

- The Fissure

- The Linked Aerie

- The Helmder

All are performing as advertised with the possible exception of The Fissure.  It has been in 3 battles so far and I have not seen it fire a shot, either in the battle viewer or in the battle summary.  Has anyone else hired this ship and seen it shoot? 

I thought at first it might just not have been in range, but it's in the same fleet as The Helmder and that ship is firing beams and kinetic weapons, so The Fissure ought to be able to fire its beams.

Edit: I sent the ship in alone against a starbase and it did indeed fire its weapons.  So as Emily Litella said, "Never mind".
