MP1.41 Reproducible CTD: Govern -> Commands -> Ships Going... -> Unassigned

Anyone else get CTD in MP when pressing: Govern -> Commands -> Ships Going... -> Unassigned?

I get this since 1.4.

We haven't been able to reproduce this.  Can you submit a ticket (https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit) with the save game attached so we can take a look?  Thank you.

True - it appears not every game, but more than 1 game.  Will shoot ticket through next time.
