i would like to see additional governors that don't just do wealth, manufacturing and research but also ones that focus on tourism, influence and planetary growth or you select that the planet is governed and then you can select using check boxes what you want them to focus on
so you can make use of planetary bonuses with out having to take direct control
IE say focusing a planet on wealth and tourism
