After the event that creates a bunch of size 25 planets, and I've colonized the ones in my territory, even after 50-75 turns, the AI still tries to colonize them.  I see colony ships heading my way, they get to the planet, then sit there.  Sometimes they stop and sit in the middle of nowhere, like they are confused (well, they are, they are just an AI), then after 10-15 turns head back, then turn around and head for a colonized planet.  That's the only oddity I've found so far, except for the occasional anomaly (one of the guarded by pirates ones) that won't allow me to pick it up, then, 3/4's of the way through the game, I see that one of my idle survey ships head for it and claim it.

On the plus side, I haven't seen any problems with the secondary tech descriptions show up wrong.

pps, I do like the snide comments the AI throws in one and a while about the levels you set, although I am a little confused when the minor races do this, since you can't set their level.
