The replay is supposed to be in the C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\My Games\Offworld. It's the single Replay.bin file there. Unfortunately, only the last one is saved, but you can back them up manually if you need. Hopefully that won't be always the case.
It does look though, you just didn't have enough cash to launch. Are you sure 4 launches made it through? Even if at 30k profit each, it's about 120k and you don't lose nearly enough per second to run out. Did you spend the revenues to build the second offworld? Perhaps only one of them had technically failed to launch, but the game thought both of them had.
