[mod] Kilrathi, Klingon Faction and SciFi AllStars /w Ship Style

The Kilrathi from Wing Commander. And a klingon attempt.

 

Thanks a sneaky little trick it also has a ship style!!

Allstars seems to be broke. Will not load and have to close GCIII with task manager. Klingons work fine.

I found some typos in the mod files but not sure they affect anything.

If it's working for others maybe it's on my end but seems unlikely.
