In order to add points in the Race trait "Accurate", as its listed in-game, you need to add SharpEyed in the following line
<RaceTraits>SharpEyed1</RaceTraits>
It seems to me like the name must have been changed in the text files at some point and the references in the xml files may still be using the old name.
This is just a guess, but I figured that this would be good information if anyone is having issues adding the Accurate Trait.
