When playing a custom Terra Race last night I got the 30% reduction in transport module size specializarion (after interstellar travel) so I could make triple module constructors when I got the third Pragmatic Idea that new starbases get an extra module - for every new starbase - economic or mining - I was getting three available modules instead of two that I expected. This would seem to be a bug.
Also something else occurred to me when playing last night - what happens as I did when you get Missionary Centers from Benevolent ideology tree or Pragmatic Preparedness' Centers from Pragmatic ideology tree you built them on a planet then you delete them to either relocate or don't want them anymore. Do you keep the 10 points on building the center - I am a bit confused it if actually get 10 pints on building or just 1 point every 10 turns or both. The tooltip for both is miss leading.
I have a save game if anyone wants to investigate this bug.
