Is there a race in game like this?
No.
No but there will be an expansion with spies...and hopefully cloaked ships.

I know they are going to be releasing some new races and i have heard talk of an expansion with spies and cloaked ships, but im pretty sure it hasn't been confirmed... yet .

But yes. They will come.
So cloaked ships will be added in a expansion? It would surely be a nice addition for the game!
