Hi! I started a new game with Beta 6.1 (v0.95) and found a few bugs and issues.

Short overview:
- 2 Diplomacy issues (no shared fog of war and AI asks not to enter his borders but we have an open border treaty)
- Battleviewer: circling ships and top view does not Show all ships after a while (too near)
- Tech: Research Treaty unlocks slaves?
- Ideology: Benevolent, Outreach II should give a class 10 planet near my home planet but got it far away at colony!
- Bomber (Rocket) Prototype is listed twice in shiplist (Terran)

Issues NOT in the link above:
- Diplomacy: Offer credits needs to be clicked 2-3 times sometimes to get the proper value which is accepted by the AI.
