Still having issues with surprise pirate attacks, in anomalies.

I've noticed both of these also. If I remember correctly the pirate attack with no warning was supposed to have been fixed in .81, but while I don't see it anywhere near as often as I used to, I did see it once in .82.
By the way, bug reports get quicker attention from the developers if they are posted in the Support forum. You can move this post there by simply editing the original post, pulling down the Category drop down list, and selecting GC III Support.
