Hey, I said I'd send a video awhile back and finally recorded one. I'm attaching a link. It had seemed to subside somewhat, I actually saw the end round screen and graphs for the first time a couple games ago. But it's acting up again? Not sure. I saw in another thread someone mentioned that Inkscape weirdly may cause issues, I did have that installed, but I removed it and the issue persists. 

I recorded off screen with my phone to be sure the same bug persisted the same way, that it wasn't a screen capture interfering. Sorry if that makes it awful. When you see I turn the camera down and hit a key, I'm hitting escape to pause the game. You see no menu pop up there either. 

The second video is a map where the UI successfully pops in after a brief pause. Weirdly, I started the same Medium resource map 4 or 5 times and tried the rare resource map and got the UI to pop immediately that time. I'm guessing that's a coincidence but...
