Howdy,
I've been having some troubles with performance, I don't believe are FPS related (the problem happens equally on all graphics settings and any resolution) but more CPU/lag related?
The symptoms are:
- Overall sluggish control
- delays in tooltips (1-5 seconds)
- delays in gameplay actions (in MP sometimes entire days pass)
It's not so bad early game SP though it starts to get pretty bad late-game SP, but it's still playable and actions usually happen pretty rapidly even if the tooltips are sluggish to appear.
The real problem, and most frustrating since playing Humans is fun, is MP when entire days pass or actions take 5+ seconds to complete even in the early game, and it gets worse moving into the late-game. I've missed buyouts because I click, nothing happens, nothing happens, someone else bought out, I sometimes double or triple bid on an auction because of it. And it's really fun seeing a swarm of blimps and auctions instantly completed because a day passed with no updates.
I haven't seen any other complaints about this, but I also have no problems with other games like CoH2, so I don't feel that I'm just running a toaster wanted to find out if anyone else has experienced and/or ot has suggestions on improving performance.
