Somewhere around turn 160 +/-10 last night I decided to research that previously completely-ignored weapons technology - no wonder that late in the game I was told I'd need only a single turn to do so for the first step....  at the same time one of my 4 survey ships came across one of these "you get 25% of your current research" events... oh well, not that I really needed this...

BUT: next turn I was at only 25% done - should have been 100% ?!

So is there a problem with order of evaluation or a race condition somewhere in the "apply resaerch bonus from anomaly" code - as the research points available to me without that bonus should have been enough to finish in 1 turn, anyway?

The complication I have to point out is this was a savegame from 0.71.0 that I loaded into 0.71.1 earlier in order to solve the barren planet related crashes...  So if there is a known problem with loading games saved without the opt-in patch later after applying the opt-in patch.... feel free to ignore this

But as this situation isn't that easy to trigger on purpose and the bug might be missed in other not so extreme cases, I wanted to err on the side of caution
