Hi. I found some small tooltip issues in beta 4 yesterday.

• When hovering your race icon with crown above your home planet or suns it shows "Starbase Effect" - but what kind of effect and its not really necessary to show it on a sun or your race icon?

• "Kinetic Range Extention" shows the effect twice and "Focused Beam Weapons" shows +10 and +20 Range - Should be one icon with the combined effect or only one of them?

• Population growth in the planet list seems to always show 1 or 0 but on the planet screen it shows different values and I got more than 1 per turn.

• On a colonization event it showed I got +10 "evil" points for ideology instead of "Malevolent" (can't remember the exact name but it was not Malevolent in the third option and not one of the other 2, seems it used an old name for it)
• If you hover Tactical Speed in the ship designer it shows "Missing Info"

• Other issues:
• After hovering some small icons in the tech tree to see detailed info the game was stuck. Music was playing, cursor was moving but I could not go back or close the tech tree or use ESC to bring up the menu. I had to terminate the game.
• After closing the game it sometimes is not closed and steam says I need to close it first. You have to open the task manager to kill the process.
