Hello. Just a quick question. I'm new to this malarky, normally I just force feed someone an e-mail,  so if this is in the wrong section, mostly irrelevant, etc. then please feel free to delete the post, right after you answer my question.

Am I right in my understanding that to sign up for beta testing I have to pay? (and then get a discount off retail price?)

I ain't beta tested before, unless you count playing games that really hadn't been finished, so you pay top whack and then have to report all the bugs you find and endure months of updates to fix them? So this alternative deal is: i sign up, pay my fee, then thrash the hell out of the game and report all the bugs that i find so that someone can try to fix them? Because I think I could manage that, and it would all be for the greater good, like spiritually rewarding (equiv.)?

Er, I haven't played Gal Civ 2 either, dunno if that matters.
