can one of you guys who have rebellion post the manual for me to down load, i want to see if its worth it to buy the game now or wait for it's price to go down.
I'm not sure if the manual would be the best way to determine that.

You really should consider buying it. It is truely an awesome game that is still well supported by the Developers.
You can watch countless youtube videos for Sins of a Solar Empire.... ingame videos and of course the Intro.
