So I encountered a problem in the 1.5 Beta. I had a Galaxy Forge generated map and everything was kewl until I reached a certain planet. My Titan jumped to it, but was not able to leave the gravity well, or jump out of the planet. 

For some reason, it kept recalculating the point from which it will Phase Jump. As a result, it would not actually start phase jumping, but just randomly go to different corners of the well and then move to a next one. It was, essentially, stuck. 

I made a short video to illustrate the problem. I'm uploading it now. But here's a screenshot for the moment.
