Not sure I should open a new post about Legendary Heroes experience, but here goes:
-Early Game: starting building the first city is cool, fights needs strategy and meeting other factions. Really good on my opinion!
-Mid Game: hard quests, battles with other factions, exploring, fighting monsters, getting cool gear, diplomatic is cool, . Awesome! Really what I expected the game to be.
-End Game: you don`t see many quests, they get really easy, monsters fights gets too easy, technolgies does not walks at the same pace as magic itens shows up, diplomacy is all about trading (at least, my relationship never gets better than unfriendly no matter how much I try to be friendly), events won`t show up anymore and it becomes only to fight other factions.
-Champions: I like how you get more champions by fame and not by paying and needing technoligies to get new ones, but they simple showing up is kinda strange... how about starting a quest everytime you can get a new hero? Maybe the quests could be scattered around the map, like the others, but needs amounts of fame for each one. Better champions = Spend more Fame and Quests are Harder.
-Champions Skills:
*Level Progress: I think Fallen Enchantress engine to level up champions is kinda fun! The actual system brings the same problems that many games: too linear! Maybe for those who likes the new one it, you can work on an option for Classic/New progress type? Commun, Uncommun and Rare skills are awesome! How about some Legendary (1 per faction) and Unique (1 per game) skills? Also, I miss the chance to have a multiclass champion
*Armor skills are kinda strange... warriors needs a high level to use chain mail, when a level 1 unit can use it easily as soon as you get the technology.
*Weapon skills: New weapons skills are great! But... why only warriors can focus on a type of weapons and the others classes won`t? I think it can help with different champions build.
*Magic: It`s frustanting the way heroes can`t learn magic school. Either your champion starts with it or he won`t learn anymore, unlike FE.
-Diplomacy: needs some work i think... late in the game it`s kinda hard to get a better relationship with other factions. but the trade system is kinda good! I like how AI won`t pay anything for a resource they don`t need, and trading technolgy is really cool also.
-Gear:
*Weapons; New dual axes are awesome! How applying that for other weapons as well! I hate the idea of an assassin using shield to get a better use for one handed weapons like swords and daggers.
*Magic Weapons: I got frustated when the only weapon Bosses dropped was swords! How about bosses dropping a unique kind of material for crafting a weapon of the player choice? Or random unique drops for each boss. I like using spears with my sovereign and I never found one really good!
*Magic Armors: I like them! Except for the "Champion Armor" that you can get by Magic Technology. Although my faction is speacialized on chainmail, the armor is a Plate! Why can`t I get a magic chainmail or leather armor by technology?
*Weight/Initiave: Weight system was unique! I only saw that engine in this game, and I really enjoyed it! I like how I could play with different gear for more unit types. Initiative should be an option for magic gear only. Bring back strenght skill!!
-Quests, monsters and events: I like the new ones, but later in the game you don`t see them anymore! I like to fight more than factions, so we need more types of those! Also, most monsters becomes useless no matter their level on late game: since they can`t get upgrades, they become kinda weak against normal units.
-Cities and Buildings: I like those upgrades for iddle cities, gives them more use when they are not building or training something.
Well, I guess that`s it!
