I am attempting to set up my first game of LH. Where is the faction 'Archers' trait and sovereign Impulsive trait?

I have to second (or third) this question.
I see no reason why they shouldn't be included unless it's a bug.
it might be that they are reworking archers for the crossbows ya know to provide a unique set of crossbows as well?
I think Impulsive might be removed for balance issues (an archer or a mage getting a free first shot can be nasty). No idea about Archers.
