I've tried using the map editor and usually nothing happens after I try to put something down, like additional land, a river or anything for that matter. I have to madly click on a square to get it to work. Is this a known issue or am I doing something terribly wrong?
EDIT: NVM, I got it to work now by waiting a little while after I right clicked.
