Seriously this is a very fun game. I tolerated War of Magic, I liked Fallen Enchantress and I love Legendary Heroes. If this is how the Elemental series is going to evolve you got a good idea!
It's hard to pin point which improvements made it step up. I wasn't going in expecting anything shiny or new just FE with some tweaks but man was I blown away. The graphics have this snap appeal to them now, they pop out more and in a good way. A story book feel to them and I think this is what they wanted from the beginning.
The game play is refined and smoothed out. Things are starting to flow together very nicely now. I get excited when I find loot because I am finding new stuff now. (Hint: People like finding loot. Put more in. Dilute those loot tables with so much different magic gear. How delighted would someone be to have played 10 games and not see the same piece of magic loot twice!)
Seriously great move guys I cannot wait now to see what the future holds. Back to playing, er Beta Testing.
