Rebellion on sale on Steam

Quick question - does Rebellion come with the entire Trinity as well?  I already own the original SoaSE and Entrenchment, but held off on getting Diplomacy.  So I'm curious if Rebellion comes with everything or I need to buy Trinity as well.  Thanks!

Rebellion is a stand-alone game, so it includes all previous expansions as part of the package.

I purchased it through GameStop but had to activate it through Steam, so it is actually separate from all of my previous game installations, and it works just fine.

I have a GOTY retail copy of the original Sins, I'm guessing I can't stack that $10 discount with the sale?

Soo...I own the Sins and expansion.. If I buy Rebellion through Stardock - i can have it for (-$10 discount) $30 or I can buy on steam for $13.59. Am I missing something? Is Rebellion Sins + the expansion + more?

SoaSE:Rebellion includes all that is in Trinity plus the new features.

SoaSE:Trinity is the original version with the 2 expansion packs.

 

So yes, Rebellion is Trinity + more.

It's simply because the sale on Steam is so dirt cheap. 10€/10$ for a beefy quality game including the full set of expansions is fantastic. This is the time to purchase the game.

The steam version is currently ~$14

or you can buy a 4 pack for ~$40

unless you already own the game on steam. If you own rebellion you cant buy the 4 pack for your friends for christmas, you have to buy it individually.

 

Rebellion is good, and when 7ds comes out for it will be awesome.

and for $14 its a really good buy if you like the genre
