I decided to punish myself a little more and tried the game again. Everything the guy said about the map bugs were true. You have to exit the game and restart for the player made maps to appear. The map and all the changes were there.
I have also had issues with city view. When you double city your city the icon changes from a sword to a delete shovel. The shovel is not good for if the game lags at that moment you could end up demolishing buildings and not know it. That happen to me before i realised what was happening and slowly clicking the cities and reading what im looking at. This happens at the end of the game when you finish building everything.

Im not trying to bash the game for i got it for only 26.00 it worth about that. But its got a few things that need to be ironed out in sure they are scratching there heads over the holiday.
