I've seen mentions of being able to recruit out of monster lairs, but I've never been given the option. Can you recruit from every monster lair, or only some of them?
Only some of them. They turn into world resources when you capture them.
That makes sense... guess I just haven't encountered one yet, as I've only been playing for a few days.
