City waypoints

Is there any way to set a waypoint from your city to a location? I currently have around 20 cities all building troops and alot of the micromanagement would be cut out if you could actually set waypoints per city so troops goto a location after being built. 

Anyway if it's not in, it should be added

It is definitely in gal civ 2, and it's a really great function for managing significant empire.

Another city feature i would like to see is, putting the cities with the zzzz's up the top of the list on the left hand side, then once you have built something it goes back into list where it would be now  There has to be a better way to do this!

Even if it's not added... They could at the very least least snap to the nearest road connecting to the city.

Edit: Oh right spaced on this. Use Auto Station New Units if this annoys you a lot. You'll have to pay more attention to the pop ups on the right hand side of the screen, since these units wont be snapped to when executing the moves of other units.
