Can anyone recommend a new desktop computer that is in about the 500 dollar range that will play this game nicely? I would like to be able to have all graphic settings on and have the thing run smoothly. I know 500 dollars isn't much but it is all I can swing at the moment.

My suggestions would be: a. build your own or b. find a local computer shop that sells refurbished PCs. If you go the latter route, bring the recommended specs for FE with you to see if they can get close with something they have.
